Thankful Thursday

I've got a couple of short posts up my sleeves (better than up anywhere else...sorry, rude of me!). First topic is Thankful Thursday.

Today, I'm thankful for Seeds of Change's Tikka Masala sauce. Not only is it super tasty (all Seeds of Change products that I've tried are!), but it also allowed me to easily whip up a vegetarian meal (tofu tikka masala) when dh came home late from work on Tuesday. Next time it goes on sale at our local food co-op, we may have to buy a case!

Hooray for gratitude! I think it is great to consciously express thanks. We don't seem to do it enough. :)

How's that rude of you? That's where I keep all of my posts...

This looks great...I wonder if our local stores carry it. I want that tofu recipe....do you just cube and pan fry the tofu after you drain it and toss it in this sauce?

Glad you found things to be thankful for. You keep that positive thinking going.

Wendy, I agree...although I have to say: I cheat! I should doing a daily gratitude journal, but I can't keep it up, so I just do a once a week online substitute. :}

Ryan, I meant if I said it was up any other place, it'd be rude of me...heh!

Michelle, yup...just cube and lightly fry up the tofu (you can use other meats...just cook those more thoroughly...it's on the jar how to do it) before putting in the jar of sauce. Simple!

Epi, I'll try! It's not easy to think. ;D

Emily, it is really a tasty sauce! Dh could make it from scratch, but some days are just too busy for making a sauce from scratch. :>
