If it's asparagus, it must be spring!

Good gravy...who slipped this new Blogger format in here?!

This past weekend, we got our first *real* asparagus harvest.
We had 2 little spears last week, but they were surprisingly not sweet. We were eager for our first full-meal harvest to see if it's our usual yummy veggie.

Hubby cooked it with butter and seasoning salt and served it with "mexi-burgers". The verdict is: pretty darned delicious!
