Still harvesting after all these months

Green beans are really the most amazing veggies...they are the Energizer Bunnies of the edible plant world. They've been going, and going, and going. Even the first bed that started producing in early summer (Scott staggered the planting of 4 beds so that we could get harvests at various times this summer) - when we thought it'd given up the ghost, it comes back and is producing as much as, if not more so, than the 4th, latest, bed.

Gali is growing...albeit not fast enough for me...and sometimes she understands a lot, but many times, she still does her own thing. She turned 9 weeks on Tuesday, and all books say that they're not really trainable until 3-6 months of age. Several weeks more before she'll be 3 months old, so I shouldn't expect too much from her. On the other hand, she is an English Shepherd...supposedly smarter than the average dog. :)
